Approximate volume is 0.95 mL for Size 00 and 0.68 mL for Size 0. Our general reference ranges are approximately 600–1100 mg for Size 00 and 400–800 mg for Size 0, but actual weight depends on powder bulk density and filling method.
Physical size comparison
Approximate locked length is 23.30 mm for Size 00 and 21.70 mm for Size 0. The difference in external size can matter for swallowing and for compatibility with capsule filling machines.
