Join Pure Capsules Rewards for free by creating an account. Registered members earn Points when they shop and can use those Points towards future purchases.
How it works
- £1 spent on products = 1 Point.
- 100 Points = £1 reward.
- Create an account and receive 100 Points (£1).
- Points are available to registered, logged-in members only. Guest orders do not earn Points.
- Points are earned on the actual product amount paid after discounts or Points redemption. Only whole pounds earn Points.
- Shipping charges do not earn Points and Points cannot be used to pay for shipping.
- Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
Using your Points
When you are logged in, your available Points are shown at checkout. Choose how many Points you would like to use before placing your order. Redemptions are made in blocks of 100 Points (£1).
Returns, cancellations and refunds
If an order is cancelled or refunded, Points earned from the refunded purchase will be removed. For a partial refund, the corresponding Points are removed. Points used on an order are restored when the qualifying order is cancelled or fully refunded. If previously earned Points have already been spent, a refund may leave a negative Points balance; future Points earned will first clear that balance.
Give £5, Get £5
Registered members receive a personal referral link in My Rewards. When a new customer uses your referral link and completes their first qualifying paid order with more than £5 of products (shipping excluded), both you and the new customer receive 500 Points (£5) for a future order.
- The reward is issued after the referred customer’s first qualifying paid order.
- Each referred customer can trigger the referral reward once only.
- Failed or cancelled orders do not qualify.
- If the qualifying order is fully refunded, the referral Points are reversed for both customers.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
Check your Points
Log in and go to My Account → My Rewards to see your available Points, referral link and Rewards history.
Pure Capsules may correct Points credited in error or resulting from cancelled, refunded, duplicate or otherwise invalid transactions.
