I wanted to share something that might help other cat owners dealing with enzyme supplements. My cat was diagnosed with EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency) a while ago, and giving her enzymes has been a constant struggle.
At first, I was using Lypex capsules from the vet, but they were huge—way too big for my cat. I had to open them up and measure out the powder, which wasn’t just messy but also made it hard to keep doses consistent across meals. Since she needs enzymes with every meal, this became really frustrating.
After a lot of trial and error, I started using DRCaps® instead. What I like about them is:
- They’re easier to open, so I can split the dose without losing half the powder.
- They come in different sizes, so I don’t have to deal with oversized capsules.
- The capsules are designed to be stomach acid-resistant, Deley released capsule, enteric effect,so they protect the enzymes better.
