  5. The body sheet adopt the specially-dealt screws and springs, which can make no noise when pressing downwards. The detachable and undetachable body sheet is optional.
  6. The encapsulation sheet adopt special design, which can incerease the speed of capsules collection.
  7. The tamping tool is design to one-layer ,angles and pins being polished.
  8. The powder guard with a U-design powder guard to avoid loss of powders.

Product Description

The manual capsule filler has 6 parts:
1.cap sheet.
2.encapsulation sheet.
3.bottom sheet.
4.spreader.
5.tamping tool.
6.middle sheet .
procedure:
1.take the cap sheet.place it on a clean,dry surface.
2.place the encapsulation sheet on top of the cap sheet using stainless steel pegs to fix it correctly in place.
3.pour capsule tops into the encapsulation sheet and using a circular motion,gently shake the tops into the holes.while doing this, cover the gap in the wall of the encapsulation sheet with one hand to avoid spilling the tops.
4.when the holes are filled pour out the excess tops.
5.remove the encapsulation sheet and put the filled cap sheet to one side.
6.Take the bottom sheet,fix the encapsulation sheet to the bottom sheet,using the black pegs to fix it correctly in place.
7.pour bottom into the encapsulation sheet and shake as before to fill the holes.pour off excess bottoms.
8.remove the filled encapsulation sheet and put it carefully to one side.
9.pour a scoop of powder on the bottom sheet and use the spreader to fill the bottoms.
10.if the bottoms are not filled enough,use the tamping tool to compress the fillings and repeat the previous procedure.
11.remove the tamping tool and put it aside.
12.take the filled cap sheet,place the middle sheeton top using the black pegs protruding upwards to fit it correctly in place.
13.turn the cap sheet/middle sheet over and fix to the bottom sheet.
14. stand up,place both hands on the top.push downwards with equal pressure.turn the whole set over.place both hands on the top.push dowmwards to lock the capsules.

I've been using DR caps from pure capsules for a few years

This company is amazing

This company is amazing. They have acid resistant capsules, which I can put my medication in, and have literally been a life-saver. They are reasonably priced, available to purchase as a individual customer (instead of just being for businesses), and the capsules always arrive in good time. God Send for cUTI long term medication

These have been a god send. My long term medication for CUTI (hiprex and antibiotics) are very difficult to take as harsh on the tummy causing nausea, burning, reflux etc. If i encapsulate them in the enteric coated capsules they don't release until they hit the small intestine so all them nasty side effected no longer happen. Without these i wouldn't be able to stay on my medication and be extremely unwell so I am very grateful these are available!
