The current batch recorded 10,796 U/g amylase activity, 4.3% moisture and 97% passing the 40-mesh fineness test. Lead was measured at 0.107 mg/kg and total arsenic at 0.067 mg/kg. E. coli and Salmonella were not detected. The batch was concluded as qualified.

Appearance

Light yellow fine powder with a slight fermented odour and no other odours, in line with the batch COA.

Storage

Keep the powder sealed in a cool, dry place, protected from heat, moisture and direct light. Reseal promptly after opening to help preserve enzyme activity.
